Welcome to 2008! We are looking forward to this year with expectancy and anticipation. Progress on this side of the equator is truly supported through collaborative action with many on the North side! More and more people wholeheartedly support their neighbours in Africa, and set aside time and resources in this endeavour. Thank you! Without such collaborative action we would not 'get there'!

Today, a hammer banged many times at TNO in the Netherlands. A new year sale was set up by TNO associates, selling and exchanging Christmas and New Year presents, with the proceedings going towards the work to rebuild Vision Community Center Macha.  TNO-director Gerard van Oortmerssen sold (and bought!) one week parking space at TNO offices, the financial director sold his time to do the buyers hours sheets, etc. Thank you very much friends in Rijswijk!
